These terms cover the free Life Scan and the founding cohort. We’ll publish the full terms for the platform before it opens. Our privacy page says what we collect and why.

What MindOS is, and isn’t

MindOS is coaching and guidance. It is not a healthcare service, it doesn’t diagnose or treat anything, and it isn’t a substitute for a doctor, a therapist or any other qualified professional. The coaches work on habits, goals and mindset; nothing on MindOS is regulated financial, legal, tax or medical advice, and you shouldn’t treat it as such. If something needs a specialist, go and see one. If you’re in crisis, or think you might be, please contact the emergency services or a crisis line: Samaritans on 116 123 (UK), 988 (US).

You have to be 18 or over to use MindOS.

The Life Scan

The scan is free. It reads what you tell it and gives you a picture back. It can be wrong: it works from a few minutes of your words, and you know your life better than it does. Treat what it says as a starting point for your own thinking, not a verdict.

You keep ownership of everything you write. By saving your scan you give us permission to store it, to use it to set up your Auri when the cohort opens, and to email you when it does. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

The founding cohort

Saving your scan puts you in the founding cohort, which opens end of November 2026. It is free. There is no payment, no deposit and no commitment; you can leave at any time by emailing us. We may open access in waves, and we’ll tell you when it’s your turn. Dates can move; if they do, we’ll say so.

Fair use

Don’t try to break the scan, misuse it, or use it to harm anyone. We can remove access from anyone who does.

Liability

We provide the scan and the cohort as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for decisions you make on the basis of what MindOS says. Nothing here limits any rights you have as a consumer under UK law.
